Since the moment he was born in Siberia, and later, during his journey through Poland to the USA, the songs sung by Michał Hochman were always full of reflection and longing. New works, written for him by Andrzej Sikorowski, Tadeusz Woźniak, Adam Abramek, Romuald Lipko, Igor Jaszczuk, and Franciszek Serwatka, reflect the pondering on his present and the longing for the places where he lived for most of the time until his departure in 1968.

Michał Hochman’s live performance with the best Polish musicians will be complemented by the visuals prepared by Larissa Baldovin. In this exceptionally ambiance concert entitled “My Journey”, both the new and the old works written by the Jewish authors who used to live in Poland, combined with the images, will conjure up a climate of nostalgia for family places, the lost childhood, and youth.
